Model Investing (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors and members of ModelInvesting.com (“Site”). We created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices.
1. NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN

If we modify or update this privacy policy, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Site and, if we have an email address for you, by sending you an electronic message. You may then choose whether you wish to accept said policy changes or discontinue using the Site. Any change, update, or modification will be effective 30 days after posting to the Site.

E. THIRD PARTY TRACKING – GOOGLE REMARKETING AND ANALYTICS. We use various Google services, including Google Universal Analytics, to help us evaluate the performance of the Site as well as implement marketing campaigns including remarketing. By visiting the Site, you consent to first and third party cookies being placed on your computer by us and Google to track you. F. THIRD PARTY TRACKING – SOCIAL MEDIA. We provide social media “buttons” on the Site so you may post particular pages to your accounts on social media sites as well as follow Model Investing on various social media sites. Anything you post via these buttons is viewable to the public unless you use appropriate privacy restrictions available on the particular social sites on which you share the information. Further, the social media sites can track your actions and create a data profile for you. You should perform due diligence in investigating the privacy policies for each of these sites as follows.

4.1 SECURITY MEASURES. The Site has reasonable security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information we obtain from you, but we make no warranty or guarantee about our ability to prevent sophisticated attacks and hacks.
4.2. LOST OR STOLEN INFORMATION. You must promptly notify us if the username or password for your account is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove that username or password from your account and update our records accordingly.

5.1. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES. From time to time, the Site may contain links to other websites. If you choose to visit those websites, it is important to understand our privacy practices do not extend to those websites.
